Who are these calls for?
These Account Review calls are for you if:
you've got a pretty good handle on your 17hats account, but feel like you might be missing something
you know there's room for improvement in your account, but you're not ready for a service package
you've gone through a service package but need further support
your business has grown and changed, which means your workflows need updating, too
What's the process?
After you submit your info, I'll update my availability and send you a scheduling link to book our call (or 1st call of a 3 or 6-call pack). I ask for 24 hours notice for your booking and offer one call per day.
What kinds of things can we talk about on the calls?
Lead capture forms, workflows, online scheduling, email templates, document templates (questionnaires / quotes / contracts / invoices), token mapping, tags, calendars... yep, we can talk about 'em all.
When can I book my 2nd - 6th calls, if I've purchased more than one? When do they expire?
So that you can have time to make and experience the changes after each call, I suggest we connect every few weeks for calls 2 - 6. A 3-call pack expires after 6 months, and a 6-call pack expires after 12 months.
Where do the calls take place?
We'll meet on Zoom so you can screen share your account with me... don't worry, I can tell you how when we meet!
