Two groups, each with its own focus...
New to 17hats: December 1-3
You're setting 17hats up for the first time, or you signed up & never really got going. We build the foundations: lead capture, email templates & billing.
Already using 17hats: December 8-10
You're in 17hats already, but it's messy, half set up or not doing the work it could. We clean up, then automate.
Each day runs 10:30 to 12:00 Central (11:30 Eastern, 9:30 Mountain, 8:30 Pacific). Booking saves your seat for all three days.
Dec 1-3: the foundations...
Day 1: Lead capture.
Your inquiry form set up so new leads land straight in 17hats.
Day 2: Email templates.
The emails you write over & over, written once & ready to send.
Day 3: Billing.
Quotes, invoices & contracts set up so getting paid is a few clicks.

Dec 8-10: cleanup & automations...
Day 1: Clean up what's there.
Tags, old templates, forms & anything half set up.
Day 2: Custom fields.
Collect each client detail once, then drop it into emails & documents with a token instead of copying & pasting.
Day 3: Workflows & pipelines.
Your process mapped from first inquiry to after the event, with workflows set up for the steps you repeat every time.

How it works
What to expect...
-
After you book, you'll get a short prep email so Day 1 starts with building, not logging in.
-
Every session opens with "who got stuck?" so yesterday's snags get fixed first.
-
After each day, you'll get the recording. Stuck on something? Just hit reply & we'll cover it the next day.
-
In early January, I'll send you a link to book your private 1-on-1 hour, once you've had real inquiries running through your new setup.
-
The recordings & the starter templates we build are yours to keep.
Who's teaching
Hi, I'm Nicole...
I'm a 17hats Ambassador, & I set up 17hats & the systems around it for creative small businesses, from balloon & event decor pros to photographers, planners & beyond.
I'd rather you leave December with a CRM that actually works for you than with another course you'll get to "someday."
